What's so hard to figure out when it comes to modding the NA motor? Get some big cams, stillen headers, Under drive pulley, Pop charger, ECU, have your heads ported by someone who knows what the hell they're doing and put in higher compression pistons (probably custom as I don't know of anyone who'd bother for the NA motor) etc. When you're all done you may well have 300 HP at the crank... and a smoking hole where your wallet used to be.
